Tracey was instrumental in helping us sell our last home. She always made it convenient for us to meet with her, regardless of her schedule. She advised us on what we needed to do to our house to help it sell faster and spent hours taking great pictures for MLS. Our house sold in a week and a half. She worked tirelessly on bringing potential buyers and their agents through the house and managed to work around our schedule which included two 2-year olds. When it came to purchasing our new home, Tracey was relentless. In order to find us the perfect place, she constantly showed us homes that popped up on the market THAT DAY! She knew our schedule so well that she booked appointments without us knowing that were tailored to our time constraints. The house she eventually found for us was on the market for 6 hours. We went in that night and although the owners wanted to wait for the 10 to 20 showings the next day, she got it for us well beneath our total budget. Since then, I have told everyone I know about her and one of my best friends used her to sell her condo in Hamilton. She sold and purchased with Tracey and loves her to death! Selling your home is one of the most disruptive and stressful times in ones life, especially when you have kids. It is so hard to stage and keep your house looking like a museum. I communicated my concerns to Tracey. Tracey was very proactive in addressing my concerns. She consulted with me to de-clutter my home and assisted in the staging of it. She also organized an open house on the very first weekend my listing came out. My house sold the day after the open house . I would also like to add that Tracey was very prompt at returning phone calls (sorry that there were so many Tracey, but I don't function well under stress). I dragged poor Tracey to about 50 homes in search of my next home and she never once hesitated to show me a home no matter how busy she was. Although I was a pest, she never made me feel like one.
